Our Return and Refund Policy ensures transparency and customer satisfaction. Familiarize yourself with these guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process. We aim to provide a hassle-free experience if you encounter any issues with our products.

1. We maintain a ’14-Day Change of Mind’ policy, which allows customers a span of 14 days following item receipt to initiate a return request.

2. For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in an unchanged state – unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and within its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt will be required.

3. Customers will assume responsibility for the shipping expenses associated with returning items. Upon initiation of the return request, a return shipping label will be provided via email.

4. It is important to note that our ‘Change of Mind’ policy does not extend to strung racquets, as these items are custom-made and, consequently, cannot be returned.

5. Upon approval of the return, an automatic refund will be processed to the original payment method used.
